The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as "participant") hereby declares.

• I participate voluntarily and exclusively in the event at my own risk;

• I am aware of the dangers and risks of participating in the event, have been adequately informed about these dangers and risks, and will always strictly follow the instructions given to me;

• I am aware that I can withdraw my participation at any time;

• I waive all liabilities and claims for damages against AMAG Group AG and its subsidiaries (hereinafter individually or collectively "AMAG"), as well as against their organs, employees, representatives, and assistants (hereinafter individually or collectively "assistants"). Claims for bodily injury caused by AMAG or its assistants through fault, as well as claims for damages caused by AMAG or its assistants intentionally or with gross negligence, and claims that I am entitled to under mandatory legal provisions are excluded from this waiver;

• I agree to indemnify AMAG and its assistants for damages caused by me up to an amount of CHF 1,000 and to release AMAG and its assistants from all claims by third parties if their claims are due to my fault;

• During the event, I agree to abide by the following regulations when using devices or vehicles of any kind (on land, water, and in the air) (if and to the extent applicable):

  • not to be under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other intoxicating substances during the event;

  • to possess any necessary valid driver's license for driving the respective vehicles at the location of the event and to provide the organizer with access to the driver's license upon request before the event begins;

  • to wear a seatbelt during arrival and departure to practice areas and during all rides, both as a driver and passenger;

  • to adhere to any existing no-overtaking zones during the event and only deviate from them after explicit instruction by the instructors;

  • to observe speed limits and all other applicable laws and regulations during public transportation;

  • to acknowledge and consent that AMAG and its assistants are entitled to disclose my name to the relevant authorities at any time for violations of my obligations and to protect their own interests;
    

  • In case of cancellation of my registration, the following amounts are due:

    • More than 30 days before the event: free of charge

    • From 11 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the participation fee

    • 10 days before the event: 100% of the participation fee

    • Only written cancellations are accepted.

• I acknowledge that AMAG and its assistants may exclude me from further participation in the event for violations of one or more of the aforementioned regulations; in such a case, I have no claims against AMAG or its assistants;

• I acknowledge that during the event, photos and/or videos of me may be taken and used by AMAG for internal advertising purposes. I have read the privacy policy.

• AMAG and its assistants reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event for important reasons. In such a case, any participation fee will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. If the event can only be partially conducted, e.g., due to bad weather or force majeure, any participation fee will be adjusted accordingly to the services provided.

• This declaration and all disputes arising from it or from my participation in the event or related thereto shall be governed by Swiss law, excluding international agreements and conflicts of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Cham (ZG), Switzerland.
